I like them but I don't usually eat them because usually the only time we have stuff like that mom has it "for her breakfast" or "for the kids" or something.

So there was a transsexual and she was dating a man. And the man posted this story:
She wanted to go in and get a check-up. Whether she felt sick at all or not I don't remember, but she apparently felt she needed one. She went to the first doctor and he refused to examine her. Second doctor, third doctor...
She went through something like 30 doctors before she found one who would see her. By the time she found someone who would it was too late. She had cancer and it had progressed too far. If she had been able to find a doctor sooner she would have lived.
I think there might be laws to prevent this from happening now, but it's sad sometimes that someone has to die before change happens.

I wonder how plausible it will be to create an RP on Dreamwidth in the future. Right now I don't like that it costs so much more to get a year's worth of paid account.
If the price was about the same as LJ I'd look into it more.
